Powder coating has traditionally not been common on boats, due to the constraints of curing oven size. In order to cure the boat properly, the entire hull must enter a 415 degree oven for at least 25 minutes.

Thanks to RMC's state of the art equipment, this is possible. The results are spectacular. In addition to a whole new range of finish color options, serious boaters can now have confidence that their boat will look as good as it did the day they bought it...after years of abuse.

Applications include:

-hulls up to 23'

-davits

-deck hardware

-rigging equipment

-cleats

-sponsons & brackets

-engine room components

-propellers

-trailers up to 23'

-masts up to 31'

-and much more!
